Liz Loves: Just Joy Hair

After 3 big chops and almost 10 years of embracing my natural hair. I’ve finally found a holy grail product that I can’t live without. Just Joy Hair Oil is a handcrafted herbal infused oil designed to encourage and strengthen hair growth, soothe skin abrasions, and improve overall moisture retention. The secret blend of oils and herbs is lightweight and absorbs almost instantly upon application.

Although I’m natural, I change my hairstyles up like a chameleon. It’s perfect to use on cornrows, sew-ins, crochet braid, and even hot oil treatments. You won’t get that nasty product build-up on your scalp and edges. And to think that I almost missed out on having Just Joy Hair Oil in my life. I’m so happy I conquered one of my online shopping fears and took a leap of faith.

I hate buying products without a sample. I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it, especially when it’s online! I was absolutely sold once I contacted the owner and found out that its 100% natural and didn’t contain any of my personal taboo ingredients. My hair and skin hate heavy butters as well as mineral, coconut, and castor oil of any form.

Just Joy combines well with other products. This is so important to me, because I layer multiple products when I wear my natural hair. Sometimes, oils just don’t blend well with other products. It forces them to just sit on your hair leaving it a greasy limp mess. Just Joy Hair Oil won’t do that. It will leave your hair feeling nothing but… JOY (Corny I know. Just smile and laugh with me!).

Overall, I love this product. The applicator on the bottle allows you to place the product where you want it precisely. When I travel, my beauty regimen is simple. I really enjoy the use of it on my hair and skin.
